Green Cow Milk Deliveries -
New login for existing customers
Firstly thank you so much for all your warm comments and support, it's certainly been a difficult time and your understanding is appreciated.
We now need to move everyone over to a new system and to avoid any teeth pulling for all of us, we'll not be able to make any milk deliveries next week (WC 29th) and effectively will be starting from scratch on the 6th of July. You can of course login before hand (link below) to setup orders etc. Hopefully you'll find it simpler to use. In essence you can:
Instant delivery notifications will be sent out by email the moment they land on your doorstep.
A messaging system is built in for you to easily contact us with any queries. Likewise, we can notify you through your portal if there's any disruptions to a particular delivery or other notifications.
At present we're starting with the basic dairy products but will be adding to this with produce from our own farm and other farms in the immediate area. This, on top of dairy, will be our main focus.
Obviously these have been a little muddled of late.
The delivery days are according to your geographical area and will be assigned one by one but roughly, will be:
Truro & Carnon Downs - Tuesdays & Fridays
St Austell - Tuesdays & Fridays
Roseland Peninsula - Tuesdays & Fridays
Mevagissey - Tuesdays & Fridays
Mid Cornwall - Wednesdays & Saturdays
North Coast - Mondays, (Once a week only)
Falmouth - Mondays, (Once a week only)
Note: These delivery days 'may' alter slightly but will be fixed by the end of next week.
The Mevagissey round will be covered by Mark (thanks to him for his loyalty), The Roseland Peninsula will be covered by Glen, and St Austell by Dave who also has a milk round of his own. Thanks to all three for their support.
